Plain answers
Questions
What each page is for, then the order a file follows from the first choice to the permit.
How a case moves
01
You file
Citizenship, country, term, and one opening. The questionnaire locks the file to your name.
02
We accept
The first 30% is due. We check the receipt, then the employer file starts.
03
The file moves
The next 40% is due when the employer clears the ministry filing. Each paper is checked on its own.
04
The last part
The last 30% covers how the permit is sent to you. Nothing is released before that.
Papers we ask for
Bring clear scans. A paper that is declined can be replaced on the same case.
- Passport, valid for the whole term we file.
- Police clearance, recent enough for that country.
- A medical set, when the permit asks for one.
- A photo, and the education papers the opening lists.
- The questionnaire, completed in your cabinet.
The pages
What is the home page?
Four choices, then a price. You pick your citizenship, the country of the permit, the term, and the pace. The fee is fixed before you choose a job. Search then lists the openings that match.
What is About?
The practice itself. The Prague office, the legal name, the people who handle a file, and the employers we already place with. A ministry still decides. We do not promise a permit.
What is Filed cases?
A public board of cases already opened. A row shows the case number, the citizenship, the destination, the date, and the status. Names, passports, email, and scans are not on that page. Search by the case number. Fifteen rows fit on a page, then previous, next, or a page number.
What is Sub-agents?
For someone who already brings clients every month. They keep the relationship. The client still signs with Vanguard. In their cabinet they see only the clients they brought, and only their own commission for this month.
What is Contact?
The office address in Prague, the phone, and the email. The phone opens WhatsApp. When a wallet is published, it is shown here and printed again on the invoice.
What is My case?
Your cabinet, after you sign in. The questionnaire, the three payments, the scans, and the documents we issue all live there. If you have more than one file, you switch at the top. The line under the title says what to do today.
The order of a filing
What do I do first?
On the home page set citizenship, country, term, and pace, then search. Read the fee and the preparation window. Open one seat. If someone gave you an agent code, type it on that page, or type their email. Sign in. The opening stays on your name.
What is the sequence after that?
You complete the questionnaire. Until you send it, a draft stays in the cabinet. We accept the file. The first 30% is due within five days. Upload the receipt in the case. You can cancel before that receipt is in. With no receipt, the file closes and the seat goes back. You upload the papers. Each one is checked on its own. A declined scan is replaced on the same case. You do not open a new file for that. When the employer clears the filing on to the ministry, the next 40% is due. That invoice gives 14 days. The last 30% is due before originals are posted or a state portal is opened. Nothing is released before it. The cabinet then says how the permit will be sent.
What if there is no seat left?
Join the list. We do not open a file for an opening with no places left.
Can I hold two openings?
One open case per opening. Another country is another case.
The fee, the papers, a refusal
Who issues the permit?
A ministry. We prepare the file and the employer papers.
How is the fee split?
30 when we take the file, 40 when the employer clears the ministry filing, 30 before anything is sent to you.
When do the offer, the contract, and the invoices appear?
After the first 30%. They sit together in the cabinet, under Your documents. The job offer is not a contract with the employer. The agreement is with Vanguard. Each invoice has its own number, and a number is never used twice.
How do I pay?
In USDT, on the network printed on the invoice, to the wallet we have published. If the network allows a note, put the case number in it. Upload a screenshot or a receipt. We confirm it before the file moves on.
What if the permit is refused?
If the refusal is our fault, we return 90% of what you paid us. A ministry refusal over your own record or papers is not our fault.
Your cabinet
What does the cabinet show from day to day?
Which of the three parts is paid, and which is not yet. A reminder if a payment or a document deadline falls inside the next three days. The same language you chose on the site: English, Czech, or Urdu. A closed file says so. After a refusal you can open the file again, and your answers come with you.
I was given a code.
Type it when you file the opening. The contract is still with Vanguard. The person who sent you sees the status of their own clients only. They do not see your passport or your scans.
